In the design process, on one hand, we confronted a flat and monotonous façade, and on the other hand, due to the completion of the interior construction work, it was not possible to demolish the outer masonry walls in order to reconfigure the layout of the boundary walls. Our proposal was to attach an additive skin to the existing façade—one that would minimize interference with the current structure while providing a means to break away from the flatness of the existing elevation.During the design process, by examining the existing pattern of openings, terraces, and vertical proportions of the building, we arrived at a structure that—with a dual logic—aims to both generate a unified composition and maximize the use of the existing terraces. مجتمع مسکونی سار | باز طراحی نما معماران: مینا سعادت فرد | علی ارزاقی @minasaadatfard | @ali_arzaghi همکاران طراحی: پرهام استوار | فرناز حقی | آتنا محیط کرمانی @parham_or | @farnaz__haghi | @atenamohitkermani فاز دو: صدف خجندی | سیما هاشمی @sadaf_khj | @simaasamei کارفرما: گروه سرمایه گذاری آفتاب | محمد دبیری @theaftab.ir | @dabiri.ir نظارت عالیه: دفتر معماری گرید @gridoffice مدیر پروژه: مهران رضایی هماهنگ کننده: سولماز قشقایی شرکت تامین کننده و مجری پوسته ترموود: شرکت متالون @metalon.gp موقعیت: شیراز | بلوار دکتر حسابی | خیابان هاتف سال شروع و اتمام پروژه: 1403 | 1402 عکاس: آرش اختران @arashakhtaran در بازطراحی نمای مجتمع سار، ما با بنایی روبرو بودیم که بخش عمده ای از عملیات اجرایی پوسته سازی آن با ساختاری ضعیف، ردیفی و تکرارشونده به اتمام رسیده بود. در روند طراحی، از سویی ما با نمایی مسطح و یکنواخت روبرو بودیم و از سوی دیگر به دلیل اتمام عملیات اجرایی داخلی، امکان تخریب دیوارچینی لبه نما جهت بازبینی ترکیب بندی دیوارهای مرزی وجود نداشت. پیشنهاد ما الحاق پوسته ای الحاقی به نمای موجود بود تا هم کمترین دخل و تصرف در وضع موجود بنا ایجاد شود و هم امکانی جهت فاصله گرفتن از نظام مسطح نما ایجاد گردد. در روند طراحی نمای مجتمع سار، با بررسی شاکله موجود بازشوها، تراس ها و تناسبات عمودی بنا، به ساختاری رسیدیم که با ماهیتی دوگانه تلاش می کند درعین تولید یک ساختار یکپارجه، حداکثر بهره را از فضای تراس های موجود ببرد. طرح، نمایی دوپوسته است که از شبکه ای یکپارچه از لوورهای عمودی متحرک تشکیل شده که در دو نقطه توسط دو شکاف بزرگ دچار انقطاع می گردد. پیشنهاد پوسته ای یکپارچه و متحرک، در عین پنهان نمودن پوسته ی اولیه، امکانی منعطف و دائما متغیر برای بازشوها ایجاد می کند. شکاف های بزرگ درون پوسته از تجمیع و عمیق تر نمودن تراس های پیشین ایجاد شده و نقاط انفصالی در ایده یکپارچگی نما ایجاد می نماید. #architecturerenovation #facade_design #double_facade #architecturediagram #architecturestudent #architecturedesign #archaw #architecturelover #arquitecture #arch_inked #arc_only #archisource #archolution #archstagram #ckarchh #critday #designboom #archdaily #architizer #archdlfa #amazingarchitecture #next_top_architects #iranarchitects #gridoffice #bestoftheday #archiphoto #archidaily

Therefore, the proposed design involved splitting the building mass into two parts using a continuous horizontal void in the middle of the project. This strategy not only reduced the visual weight of the project but also connected to the shared interior spaces, effectively dividing the dense mass into two sections, each with distinct formal characteristics in terms of façade articulation. Project: Zee-Man Complex طراحی: دفتر معماری گرید معماران: مینا سعادت فرد | علی ارزاقی @minasaadatfard | @ali_arzaghi کارفرما: گروه سرمایه گذاری آفتاب | محمد دبیری @theaftab.ir | @dabiri.ir همکاران طراحی: پرهام استوار | فرناز حقی | سیما هاشمی | پرنیا یوسفی @parham_or | @farnaz__haghi | @simaasamei | @parniya.y تیم ارائه: آتنا محیط کرمانی | سامان غلامی شیرازی | سمانه میشل قشقایی | آتلیه پنو @atenamohitkermani | @samanemichelle | @peno_visualization_studio موقعیت: شیراز، خیابان باغ حوض کاربری: مسکونی - تجاری زیربنا: ۱۷۰۰۰ مترمربع سال:۱۴۰۳ در پروژه زی‌مان با اسکلتی کامل روبرو بودیم که برمبنای تراکم حداکثری واحدهای مسکونی طراحی شده بود و توده‌ای کاملا پر ایجاد می‌کرد. با توجه به مسائل اقتصاد داخلی پروژه امکان کاهش ساختاری از تراکم پروژه وجود نداشت لذا پیشنهاد طرح دوپاره‌کردن توده‌ی بنا توسط یک محدوده‌ی افقی تهی سرتاسری در میانه‌ی پروژه بود که در عین کاهش وزن بصری پروژه، به فضاهای مشاع داخلی متصل شود و توده‌‌‌ی متراکم بنا را به دو بخش بشکافد که واجد دوکاراکتر فرمی متفاوت در تقسیم پوسته هستند. ترکیب بندی طرح تلاش می‌کند درعین ایجاد وحدت فرمی، تعامل بصری و فضایی پروژه با بستر شهر را افزایش دهد. #architecturerenovation #facade_design #double_facade #architecturediagram #architecturestudent #architecturedesign #archaw #architecturelover #arquitecture #arch_inked #arc_only #archisource #archolution #archstagram #ckarchh #critday #designboom #archdaily #architizer #archdlfa #amazingarchitecture #next_top_architects #iranarchitects #gridoffice #bestoftheday #archiphoto #archidaily
