Therefore, the proposed design involved splitting the building mass into two parts using a continuous horizontal void in the middle of the project. This strategy not only reduced the visual weight of the project but also connected to the shared interior spaces, effectively dividing the dense mass into two sections, each with distinct formal characteristics in terms of façade articulation.
